- 1 package tabouli mix
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup diced dried pineapple
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup diced dried papaya
- 1 Package Baby Field Greens or other dark leafy lettuce or salad greens
- Your favorite balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1 8-oz container hummus
- Feta cheese, to taste
Prepare tabouli according to package instructions. When ready, add tropical fruit. Serve on a bed of dark leafy greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette. Place dollops of hummus around the greens and sprinkle with feta cheese.
